Religious Freedom: A part of the website for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints highlighting the struggles of balancing religious rights with personal rights in public spaces.
Skills: Visual design, Prototypes
At my work as a graphic designer, I took on a project that went more into UX territory. I was in charge of laying out the site. We did use a template, but had to figure out how to apply it to the Religious Freeedom section.
Part of doing this involved creating high fidelity mock ups of each page and recreating how they would interact through a program called InVision. I learned how to do that, creating links and drop down menus so the site could be approved before it was coded.
Although my involvement didn’t go much beyond mere web design, I still feel I learned a lot by going through every interaction and visual.
